Each November, the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce invites the community to an elegant celebration to mark the Chamber’s anniversary as the first chartered chamber in the United States. We also recognize the connection between business and education with the presentation of our LIVE HERE! WORK HERE! AWARDS.

Our 97th Anniversary Reception will be held at the Weinberg Center for the Arts on Wednesday, November 4th from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Please help us identify the most deserving businesses and organizations for our Benchmark Award, Horizon Award, and Champion of Education Award.

To be eligible, nominees must submit a nomination package by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2009. Businesses and organizations may be nominated by other businesses (page 3), or may nominate themselves (page 2).
