We’re dedicated to keeping our Associates fulfilled and helping them feel secure. With such a diversity of products and services, our Associates have the opportunity to fulfill customer needs while advancing their own career. We're celebrating Women's Health Week with one of our incredible AAA associates, Heather Johnson. In honor of the week, Heather is sharing her inspiring story of resilience and self-advocacy. She discovered she had a gluten allergy in 2010, which was a pivotal moment that led her on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Heather's journey wasn't without its challenges. "Trial and error, along with a good doctor, became my guiding lights," she explains. "I delved into extensive research to understand all sources of gluten and how it could be 'hidden' in foods. Becoming an expert in reading food labels was crucial." The impact of her gluten allergy on her health was profound. "My symptoms were disrupting my daily life," Heather shares. "From migraines to chronic sinus infections and eczema, I was struggling to function. It wasn't just about managing the symptoms; it was about finding the root cause." Heather emphasizes the importance of being your own advocate. "If something doesn’t feel right, follow your gut and keep asking questions," she advises. "Do some research and find a new doctor if necessary." Not only did she need to do it for herself, but her kids too! Raising awareness has been a significant part of Heather's journey. "As I’ve shared my story with others, they’ve seemed shocked that the 'ailments/symptoms' I had weren’t just existing on their own," she reflects. "It's essential to consider the root cause and explore ways to not just alleviate symptoms but to eliminate the problem altogether." Let's celebrate her and all women this Women's Health Week! 💪🎉 #WomensHealthWeek

At AAA Club Alliance, we prioritize the well-being of our Associates; giving them the support needed to navigate life’s challenges.   Although Mental Health Awareness Month is recognized in May, I take great pride in the fact that we invest in our Associates’ mental health year-round. Through our Employee Assistance Program, we offer many valuable resources, including in-the-moment emergency assistance, short-term counseling, and relevant training opportunities for organizational leaders to assist team members in need.   We remain committed to supporting mental health awareness and providing resources to assist when Life Happens.

Meet Hayley, an accomplished AAA associate who has been with the company since November 2022. She holds degrees in Finance and Marketing, complemented by a Virginia Real Estate License. Her professional journey has ranged from Property Management and Financial Services to Graphic Design, Marketing Management, and Commercial Real Estate. In her current role, Hayley specializes in executing email marketing campaigns and digital initiatives aimed at boosting lead generation and enhancing website and in-store traffic. She meticulously evaluates email and web performance metrics to craft dynamic and engaging reports. Outside of work, Hayley embraces life in Richmond, Va., immersing herself in the city's culture, exploring its attractions, and indulging in the local brewery and restaurant scene. Hayley also dedicates herself to coaching travel and high school field hockey, fostering dogs for a local rescue, and indulging her voracious appetite for reading. Fun Fact: Her parents live in Germany, so she's been learning German for the past 2.5 years and has started a travel blog about her international travels. From Hayley: “I love my team here at AAA ... I've worked with a lot of different companies and the culture/team dynamic has never come close to what I have here at AAA. My managers and team members at every stage are supportive, engaging, and truly want their coworkers to be fulfilled and to succeed.” #AAASpotlight
