A Safety Stand Down was held at our Braddock Terrace Project today in conjunction with #ConstructionSafetyWeek. A Safety Stand-Down is a voluntary event for employers to talk directly to employees about safety. Construction Safety Week is an annual event designed to raise the awareness of the industry’s ongoing commitment to building a culture of safety through sharing best practices, tools and resources at jobsites and offices across the U.S. and Canada. #teamwork #ownership #professionalism

Bring Your Kid to Work Day at Morgan-Keller was a hit yesterday! We kicked off with a morning packed with fun activities, followed by a delicious pizza party and a visit from an ice cream truck. It was a great chance for the kids to get a glimpse into their parents' roles at the company. #teamwork #ownership #professionalism

Last week the estimating teams from Morgan-Keller Construction and Morgan-Keller Concrete got together at the Orvis Hill Country Shooting Grounds for a teambuilding exercise and a day of trap shooting. We had a high score of 73 but the conversations and team bonding was the most important part of the day! Fun was had by all and we appreciate all the help from the Orvis team that made the day a great and safe experience for all.

Vote for our boat Ribbon Cutter for Sailing Through The Winter Solstice. Every year, Carroll Creek Park is filled with individually designed lighted sailboats. This floating light installation set sail on November 18th and will be on display through March. Our proceeds will benefit City Youth Matrix, Frederick Maryland again this year.
