Kim is a Holistic Health and Lifestyle Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Focusing on the mind, body and spirit, Kim helps women take back their health through simple nutrition and lifestyle changes. Getting to the root cause of what’s holding them back. She is a huge advocate of the “food is medicine” philosophy and applies the same concept when helping her clients. Nutrition and exercise are key components of a healthy lifestyle, but there are other areas, such as healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, spirituality, passion and joy and self-care. Kim helps women achieve more balance, fulfillment, nourishment and success in these areas and more.

Kim works with clients online and in person through one-on-one coaching, seasonal detox programs, workshops, farmers market demonstrations, retreats and additional wellness programs. Kim is a speaker, blogger, farm to table foodie and wellness advocate. In addition to her own blog, she is a guest blogger and contributor for local magazines and online lifestyle platforms. Kim is a Reiki Practitioner and facilitator, helping others while on their path of healing and growth. In addition to her own coaching business, she is also a partner Coach with the Wholistic Women's Retreats in Maryland.
